A gentle day.

Today I am feeling a bit tired, so I decided on a gentle walk up to Venus Baths. It is only a few km, and it is relatively flat, so a nice stroll to shake down brekkie. It was another stunning place. Most of the time I was there, there were only a few people there, and they were speaking ion low voices, so I could just sit on the rocks and listen to the waterfall. It was so peaceful.

Alas, eventually I had to tear myself away (numb bum). Back to town for a coffee then back to the hotel. They have been so good to me – Kelly was another mine of information. She is so easy to talk with, and so helpful – even doing a load of laundry for me.

I spent the afternoon reading, before walking into town for something to eat.

And I almost forgot to mention – first rain in Australia!
